Ergothioneine Clear UVA induction experiment

Experimental program I :

Pretreat HSF cells with EGT (0.125-0.5 μM) cells for 24 hours, and then irradiated with 3J/cm2 UVA cells, using DCF to display intracellular ROS levels, and Observe with a fluorescence microscope (200x magnification).

Experimental Conclusion I :

Pretreat HSF cells with 0.13ppm EGT solution,the ROS clearance rate reaches 90%.

Experimental program II :

Keratinocytes (HaCaT) were pretreated with different concentrations of EGT culture solution for 2 hours, the culture medium was replaced, UVB (20mJ/cm2) was exposed, and the cells were incubated with fibroblasts at 37°C for 48 hours and then the cell ROS levels were tested.

Experimental Conclusion II :

Pre treatment of HaCaT cells with 0.2% EGT solution resulted in a ROS clearance rate of 75%.
